Re-PLACE-ing Philadelphia culminates in the presentation of new performance works by Faustin Linyekula, Marty Pottenger, and Reggie Wilson. Join us on Tuesday April 19th for a reception followed by an in-depth conversation among the three artists, moderated by Talvin Wilks and Lauren Bakst. The conversation will consider memory, history, and place through the lens of the artists' practices and the works that have emerged from their ongoing dialogue with Philadelphia.

Choreographer Reggie Wilson is founder and artistic director of the New York City based, Fist and Heel Performance Group. In Stamped, Stomped, Stumped, Wilson explores how we “physicalize place.” April 14-16 | Painted Bride Art Center.

Faustin Linyekula is a dancer, choreographer and self-described storyteller. His new work Philly Files looks at North Philadelphia through movement, storytelling, community, and live music. April 21-23 | 2819 North American Street.

Marty Pottenger is a writer, performer, director and activist. #PHILLYSAVESEARTH goes on a kaleidoscopic tour of Philly history, ecology, and hope. April 22-24 | Painted Bride Art Center.
